That work began in mid-July. Redistricting is done every 10 years after the Census is completed. The boundaries of the city’s six council districts must represent roughly one-sixth of the city’s population.

The council will vote on whether to move forward on a multi-modal facility in Delano near Riverfront Stadium. The nearly $19.6 million project would have space for twelve bus bays, bicycle and scooter parking, and a parking structure for approximately 400 vehicles.

Also up for discussion is proposed improvements to O.J. Watson Park and more pickleball courts in Edgemoor Park.
