A pickup truck crashed into The Monarch restaurant in Wichita's Delano neighborhood; it happened just before 1:00 a.m. Thursday in the 500 block of W. Douglas, at the round-about.
One person has minor injuries; the restaurant had closed about an hour before the collision.
Police investigators believe the driver had been drinking; officers arrested the 25-year-old man on suspicion of driving-under-the-influence.
