A Wichita man has been arrested in the death of young son.
Devin Saucedo, 28, has been charged with involuntary manslaughter and driving with a suspended or canceled license.
Police say he was driving near Kellogg and Seneca last March, with Armani Saucedo, 9, in his car. The vehicle sideswiped a truck, causing it to strike another truck. Saucedo's car then struck a bridge, throwing the boy from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The drivers of the trucks were not injured.
Saucedo's next court date is set for September 12.
