Charges have been filed against 19-year-old Noah Martin of Wichita in connection to a New Year's Day shooting at a home in the 12-hundred block of South Laura. The victim was 22-year-old Gabriel Campos-Torres.
Martin has been charged with second-degree murder. His bond is set at $150,000. Martin's 22-year-old sister Isabel Martin and a 16-year-old boy were arrested in connection with the case.
