New members of the Wichita City Council, including a new Mayer have been sworn in at City Hall.
Newcomers to the City Council include Dalton Glasscock, representing District 4 and J.V. Johnston, representing District 5.
Incumbent District 2 Council Member Becky Tuttle was also sworn in along with Mayor Lilly Wu. Wu immigrated to the US when she was eight years old and has lived in Wichita for over 30 years.
Before becoming mayor, Wu worked as a news reporter at two TV stations in Wichita.
