Wichita Police say a woman was seriously injured in a stabbing Friday night in south Wichita.
It happened about 6 p.m. at a residence located near Ida and Wassall. Police said the woman got into an argument with a man in his 20s. The man then repeatedly stabbed the woman in the head and neck. While the woman’s injuries were severe, she is expected to survive.
Police arrested the man shortly after the incident.
