Officers responded to the school in the 5500 block of Langdon Road at 1 p.m., Dallas police said.
Dallas Fire-Rescue said those injuries were all between the ages of 15 and 18. None of the injuries was believed to be life-threatening.
The suspected shooter, a 17-year-old student, turned himself in to Dallas police around 10 p.m. Tuesday and is being charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
