
Pop superstar Justin Timberlake was arraigned on Tuesday morning, charged with one count of driving while intoxicated.
The singer was arrested on Monday night in Long Island.
Timberlake was reportedly in a vehicle in the Sag Harbor area of the Hamptons.
He was released without bail.
Timberlake’s representatives did not immediately return requests for comment from The Associated Press.
One of the biggest stars of his generation, Timberlake got his start on Disney’s “Mickey Mouse Club” and later rose to stardom with the boyband *NSYNC.
He later went on to have a successful solo career and has acted in several movies, including the "Trolls" franchise.
Timberlake married actress Jessica Biel in 2012. The two have two children together.
His latest album, EITIW (Everything I Thought It Was) is out now.
Timberlake has two showed scheduled this weekend at the United Center in Chicago.
He will play Hershey on July 4 and PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh December 14.
