27-year-old Tanner Hutcheson was the passenger on a car that crashed in Columbia, Missouri. The driver was busted for driving while intoxicated, and while the cops were investigating the scene, they found Hutcheson to be in possession of drugs.

Hutcheson was promptly arrested and was transferred to Boone County jail for booking, where he probably started regretting the shirt he was wearing in his mugshot.

It was promoting D.A.R.E., the organization dedicated against drug use, and had some text that read "DRUGS ARE BAD." Probably should've listened to your shirt, Tanner!

According to The Smoking Gun, Hutcheson was on probation from a drug arrest last year, and was given five years probation. He's most likely facing some heavy jail time this go around.

His rap sheet includes multiple convictions for theft, convictions for burglary, leaving the scene of an accident, and drug possession.
