FOX News pundit: Biden could nominate Kamala Harris to Supreme Court

As debate swirls about who President Joe Biden will ask to don Supreme Court robes, Fox News and Newsmax contributor Deroy Murdock suggested he could solve two issues by nominating Vice President Kamala Harris to fill Justice Stephen Breyer's seat on the Supreme Court.

Murdock says that Harris is wildly unpopular as VP and that her nomination would allow Biden to replace her with someone like Sen. Amy Klobuchar from Minnesota.

Still, because Breyer is liberal and Biden's pick sure to be, ultimately Murdock doesn't think Breyer's retirement will be a monumental shift to the SCOTUS.
