
IRVING (1080 KRLD)- KRLD is following the latest on a deadly shooting reported in Irving Wednesday afternoon.
Police say two people were killed and our partners at NBC5 say it happened in the parking lot of the Chick-Fil-A on North MacArthur Blvd.
At around 6 p.m. Wednesday, the Irving Police Department said it identified the suspect and called for everyone in the area to keep a lookout for 37-year-old Oved Bernardo Mendoza Argueta. He was last seen driving a silver 1997 Honda four door with a Texas license plate that reads GVH6205
“DO NOT ATTEMPT TO APPREHEND OR CONTACT THE SUSPECT, but call 911 immediately if you know his whereabouts,” said police.
Police are asking people to please avoid the area where the incident took place.

“Investigators with Irving Police said they gathered enough information to determine that the victims were targeted, and the suspect fled the scene before officers arrived,” said the outlet it also said names of the deceased victims have not been revealed.
