A 91-year-old retired Roman Catholic priest in New Orleans faces rape, kidnapping, and other charges after an Orleans Parish grand jury indicted him.
The charges against Lawrence Hecker date back to the 1970s, according to WWL-TV.
Hecker admitted on camera to WWL-TV that he committed "overtly sexual acts" with underage boys in the 1960s and 1970s.
In addition to the aggravated rape and kidnapping charges, the grand jury also brought charges of aggravated crime against nature and theft.
