Last week, the Washington Post made headlines when it amended and changed two stories that incorrectly named a key source of the discredited anti-Trump Steele dossier — but it also inserted editor's notes to at least 14 additional stories.

Fox News reports the two stories, published in March 2017 and February 2019, were changed when the newspaper’s executive editor, Sally Buzbee, said she could no longer stand by their accuracy. The post added editor’s notes, amended headlines, removed sections identifying Sergei Millian as the source and deleted an accompanying video summarizing the articles.

The modifications came after Russian national Igor Danchenko, who is thought to be a sub-source for the dossier, was indicted as part of Special Counsel John Durham's inquiry into the Trump-Russia investigation.
