Casper, a fully online mattress company, is looking to hire workers who want to nap all the time and can sleep anywhere, no matter how loud the environment or unexpected the surroundings.
The company shared the job opening as it looks to boost its social media presence through the position.
A posting explaining the position says that “Casper Sleepers” must be willing to “show off their sleeping skills in public, on social media and anywhere else people are looking.”
The posting also says that sleepers won’t only be catching up on their beauty rest but creating and sharing their experiences through Tik-Tok-style content on different platforms.
Casper says its dream candidate wants to sleep as much as possible, has a passion for snoring, and can do so exceptionally.
Applicants are preferred to live in New York City, but the posting says it isn’t a requirement. They must also be comfortable being on or behind a camera.
