
Tuesday brought women's basketball wins on home courts for Wichita State, Kansas State, Friends, and Hutchinson community college.

*Wichita State defeated Prarie View A&M 86-71 at Koch Arena. Jane Asinde got her first start for the Shockers, and she tallied 17 points and 11 rebounds. WSU with the win improved to a record of 4-1 on the season.
*Kansas State pounded previously undefeated Abilene Christian 93-53 in Manhattan. K-State improved to 5-1, while Abilene Christian fell to 3-1. The Wildcats are 5-0 at home this season.
*Friends defeated Bethel 77-59; the Falcons are 4-2 on the season.
*21st-ranked Hutchinson CC knocked off Pratt 64-57. Hutchinson improved to 8-1 on the season, including a 5-0 mark on home court; that's back-to-back wins for the Blue Dragons.
