(610 Sports) – Training camp is in full swing for the Kansas City Chiefs at Missouri Western State University, with season ticket holders in attendance starting on Wednesday and all other attendees starting on Thursday of this week.
While having fans back in attendance after this year is a welcome sight, seeing All-Pro tight end Travis Kelce walk off the field with an apparent injury, certainly is not. Thankfully, the injury doesn't look to be anything serious, as it was reported by a number of outlets to be hip and back tightness. Kelce was able to walk off the practice field and up the hill on his own, which is obviously a good sign.

The Chiefs confirmed in an announcement after practice, that it was indeed tightness in Kelce's back and hips, that led to his early exit.
Kelce has gone over 1,000 yards receiving in each of the last five seasons, so missing a little practice time at this point isn't overly concerning, especially if it means keeping him healthy and on the field during the regular season.
