It's debate No. 6 tonight that kicks off at Loyola Marymount University.

It'll be the final debate of 2019.

Seven Democratic candidates are taking the stage tonight for the latest presidential debate. It's going ahead after a rapid settlement to a union dispute on campus with all the candidates vowing they would not cross picket lines.

The candidates tackled the president's impeachment, with Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar saying President Trump is not "king in America," climate, and more.

The debate was originally scheduled to be held at the UCLA Luskin School of Public Affairs, but it was moved to LMU. The labor dispute involved AFSCME Local 3299, a union representing more than 25,000 University of California service and patient technical care workers.

The highest-polling candidates will be given center positions on stage, meaning the left-to-right order of the candidates will be Yang, Buttigieg, Warren, Biden, Sanders, Klobuchar and Steyer.

Democratic strategist Mike Lux tells KNX that he hopes there will be more focus on economic issues than in previous debates.

The candidates who qualified for this debate are Massachusetts Sen. Elizabeth Warren, Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders, former Vice President Joe Biden, Mayor Pete Buttigieg of South Bend, Indiana, Minnesota Sen. Amy Klobuchar, environmental activist Tom Steyer, and businessman Andrew Yang.

The venue of the debate has already been moved from UCLA because of protests over a long-running union dispute at that campus.

The debate will start at 5:00 p.m. The moderator is Judy Woodruff, anchor and managing editor at PBS NewsHour.

Hosted by PBS NewsHour and Politico, the panelists include Tim Alberta, Chief Political Correspondent, Politico, Amna Nawaz, Senior National Correspondent, PBS NewsHour, and Yamiche Alcindor, White House Correspondent, PBS NewsHour.

The debate will be carried live on PBS.org, CNN.com, and Politico.com.
