A brush fire above Santa Barbara is burning.
The fire was spotted at the top of the San Marcos Pass.
There's no estimate of the size, but evacuations are being ordered from Highway 154 to Ontario and Foothill to Camino Cielo.
People in the Painted Cave and Trout Club communities are being told to leave their homes as well.
