On Saturday, LA County health officials confirmed two more coronavirus-related deaths in the county with an additional 59 cases of the virus, which brings the county total to 351. Both of the people who passed away were over the age of 65 with pre-existing health conditions.
Health officials said in a statement, "Because there are positive cases across the entire county, the public should not think one location is safer than another."
Governor Newsom has cracked down on his "Safer at Home" orders, telling residents not to leave their houses unless absolutely necessary to help slow the spread of the virus.
