The LAPD has launched an investigation into a YouTube user who posted a video allegedly abusing her dog.
The department received complaints about YouTuber Brooke Houts, who uploaded a video showing her allegedly spitting, hitting and yelling at her dog. She is also allegedly seen pushing and yelling at the Doberman dog.
The video was uploaded onto YouTube by mistake, according to a story published in The Verge. It was taken down shortly afterward.
"I apologize to anyone who has been negatively effected (sic) by the footage," she says on her Twitter post.
She has more than 330,000 subscribers on her Youtube channel.
