Pomona Police Dept Asking for Public's Help in Finding Suspect who Allegedly Attacked Man's Car after Illegal Dumping

The Pomona Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a suspect who is responsible for illegal dumping and allegedly struck a man's car with a large rock in the Pomona area.

The department said on its Facebook page that suspect Jacob Makwana is responsible for illegal dumping in the area of Towne Avenue and 60 Freeway and for striking a victims vehicle with a large boulder, ultimately hitting the hood and windshield.

On August 9, a man named Amos Young was driving in the area and saw the suspect allegedly illegally dumping and started recording the incident. The suspect became upset and took a large concrete chunk and allegedly smashed the windshield of the man's car.
