Armed Suspect Barricaded in Culver City Surrenders Peacefully

(KNX 1070) - An armed suspect peacefully surrendered to police after barricading himself for much of Monday morning in Culver City.

The LA County Sheriff's Department and Culver City Police tried to get an armed suspect, barricaded in a hotel room on Sepulveda Boulevard south of Venice Boulevard, to come out Monday. 

Crisis negotiators were also on the scene, trying to bring about a peaceful resolution with the armed man barricaded inside a room at the Ramada Inn in Culver City.
