(KNX 1070) -- The Senate Intelligence Committee, which is headed by a Republican, subpoenaed Donald Trump Jr. Wednesday to address questions about his September 2017 testimony before Senate investigators in connection to the Russia investigation, according to reporting by Axios.
The eldest son of the president said at the time of his testimony, "I was peripherally aware," of efforts to build a project in Russia, as pursued by his father, a candidate for the presidential nomination at the time.
Michael Cohen, the president's personal attorney, told a House committee he'd met with both Donald Trump Jr., and his sister, Ivanka Trump, "approximately 10" times to brief them on the Russia-Trump Tower project. Cohen initially told the Congress the project was dropped in January of 2016, when it had actually been continued through June 2016.
Democrats are not interested in the truth, they just want to keep the Hoax going forever. The games need to stop. https://t.co/i2HQr3n7ir
