A former co-chairman of a major law firm who got caught up in the national college admissions scandal has now decided to plead guilty.

Gordon Caplan says he takes full responsibility for his actions in paying $75,000 in bribes to try to get his daughter into a top university.

He's the second person to plead guilty in the case -- whose defendants also include actresses Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin.

Caplan is accused of paying $75,000 to get a test supervisor to correct the answers on his daughter's ACT exam after she took it. Caplan's firm said after his arrest that he has been placed on a leave of absence.
