Uber Striking Over Pay Cut

(KNX 1070) -- Uber and Lyft drivers in SoCal are on strike Monday to protest another pay cut, and what they say are unlivable working conditions.

Ride-share drivers have called for a 25-hour strike in an approximately 25 percent pay cut for Uber drivers.

The Rideshare Drivers United has called on riders to support the strike happening between midnight Monday morning and 1:00 a.m. Tuesday in solidarity of drivers. 

Uber and Lyft drivers have had multiple pay cuts over the last few years, in an effort to compete for customers with lower prices.
