The Chief of Police says a juvenile is under arrest for making criminal threats. Alleged threat of violence was directed toward a student at the high school.
It's been a hectic day at San Marino High School including the arrest of a juvenile accused of sending a text-message threat against a specific student.
That threat led to the school being locked-down at the start of the morning as police checked things out, followed by an announcement that classes were being canceled for the rest of the day as a precaution.
But then after the suspect was tracked down and arrested and the campus was deemed safe, students were told to return and finish the day as usual.
