Country star Morgan Wallen has offered an apology after a video surfaced showing him using a racial slur outside his home.
"I'm embarrassed and sorry," the 27-year-old Dangerous singer has said in a statement.

One of Wallen's neighbors captured the singer returning home after a night out in Nashville on Sunday night, making enough noise to cause the neighbor to start filming. It is then when Morgan can be heard calling a friend the "N-word."
Wallen told TMZ, "I'm embarrassed and sorry. I used an unacceptable and inappropriate racial slur that I wish I could take back. There are no excuses to use this type of language, ever. I want to sincerely apologize for using the word. I promise to do better."
Deadline's sister publication Variety reported Tuesday that radio network Cumulus Media has removed Wallen from the playlists of its more than 400 stations and much of his music has been scraped from Spotify's Hot Country Songs playlist and Apple Music's Today's Country.
