George Clooney is not very excited for his upcoming 60th birthday.

Believe it or not, the Oscar winner will become a sexagenarian on May 6th and has revealed how he really feels about turning another year older.

"As far as turning 60, listen, I'm not thrilled with it but it's better than dead," Clooney told “Entertainment Tonight.” "So, I'll take it. I got two options. The older you get, the lower your bar gets."

Clooney, who married wife Amal in 2014, also discussed how the couple tries to instill charitable values to their three-year-old twins.

"Well, you try [to instill charitable values]. They’re not quite four yet so they don't [understand]," the “Gravity” star  added. "My kids will always say, they'll pick up a toy and they’ll go, 'This is for the poor people.' And I go, 'Good. OK, so let's put it in the basket and we'll take it to the poor people.' And then there's this shock on their face when reality hits."

Clooney continued: "But I hope so. My parents always taught me that the best things you could do [is] challenge people in power and look out for people who aren't in power and those kinds of things.”

With his milestone birthday approaching, the ageless hunk is keeping very busy as far as his career goes.

Last month, the actor reunited with his former “ER” cast mates nearly 30 years after the medical drama premiered. The live, virtual reunion served as a benefit for the Waterkeeper Alliance, the fastest growing global nonprofit focused solely on clean water, and included Julianna Margulies, Noah Wyle, Laura Innes, and Anthony Edwards, among others.

On the big screen, Clooney will reunite with good friend and former “Ocean’s Eleven” co-star Julia Roberts in the romantic comedy “Ticket to Paradise.”

The film is set to start filming in Australia this year and will be released in theaters on September 30, 2022.

Despite Clooney's trepidation, (almost) 60 never looked better.
