A 14-year-old boy was stabbed at a carnival in a parking lot in Anaheim, authorities said Monday.
The stabbing occurred about 9:15 p.m. Sunday at a parking lot in the 1400 block of South Anaheim Boulevard, near Cerritos Avenue, Anaheim Police Sgt. Matt Sutter told City News Service. Investigators were working to determine what led to the stabbing.

The teen's wounds were not believed life-threatening, the sergeant said. He was taken by ambulance to a hospital, where he had what were determined to be stable vital signs.
Some suspects were detained and the stabbing appeared to have been gang related, Sutter said.
