PALMDALE (CNS) - Sheriff's officials reached out to the public for help finding an 18-year-old woman who was last seen in the Palmdale area a week ago.

Deputies described Battieste as a 5-foot-8-inch Black woman weighing 250 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
She was last seen wearing a black shirt and sweatpants.
Anyone with information regarding Battieste's whereabouts was urged to contact the Sheriff's Homicide Bureau Missing Persons Detail at 323-890- 5500. Tipsters who prefer to remain anonymous can call Crime Stoppers at 800- 222-8477.
