Gabriel Gutierrez was charged with murder with a sentencing enhancement for the vicarious discharge of a gun causing great bodily injury.
Gutierrez is accused of killing 19-year-old Angel Junior Vuelvas of Santa Ana at about 6:40 p.m. June 3 at 1100 S. Poplar St., according to the Santa Ana Police Department.
