Vermont Avenue, just north of Slauson Avenue, shortly after 4:35 p.m. Thursday, said Los Angeles Fire Department spokeswoman Margaret Stewart. An online search places Amor Kids Dentistry at that address.
The three hospitalized people included a woman and a girl from the vehicle, Stewart said. The other person from the vehicle declined transportation.
A patient at the dentist's office was also injured when the vehicle struck the building and was transported, she said. A description of that victim was not immediately available.
The cause of the crash was under investigation.
