74-year-old woman reported missing from Lancaster area

LANCASTER (CNS) - Authorities Thursday sought the public's help to find a 74-year-old woman with schizophrenia who went missing from the Lancaster area.

Mary Elsie Spears was last seen on Tuesday about 9 p.m. in the 44600 block of Fig Avenue, at or near Jane Reynolds Park, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Spears is Hispanic, 5 feet, 2 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing an orange shirt, blue pants and black shoes.
