An abandoned luxury development in downtown Los Angeles has been covered in graffiti.

The high-rise project, known as the Oceanwide Plaza luxury development, was started about five years ago but ran out of money before completion. It’s located on S Figueroa Street and W 11th Street.

The 27 floors of the building are covered in graffiti. The Los Angeles Police Department said they know about the graffiti and will put more security on the site to deter future vandals. They said they’re going to remove all of the paint, but it’s not clear when.
