David Bowen recently installed a security camera on the front door of his family's Riverside home and wanted to show his 8-year-old daughter how it works.

When he pulled up the video feed on his phone, Bowen could not believe what he saw.

He tells KNX News' Emily Valdez that it showed an Amazon delivery driver dropping off a package - nothing odd there - but once the driver set the package down, "He looks at my camera, stares at my camera, walks over a couple of feet, unzips his pants and pees on my kid bicycles."

Bowen said he quickly pulled the phone away so his daughter wouldn't see that part, but the damage was done. "Right there with my eight-year-old daughter watching, the driver whips out his junk and starts urinating, and that's the most disturbing part of this thing for our family."

He said they do not recognize the Amazon driver, and were confused as to why he was there in the first place saying, "Normally they check it up front and deliver the box to the 'parcel pending' where there's a bathroom, for drivers, a clean bathroom in our apartment complex."

Bowen wonders about the man's motives, speculating that perhaps he was fulfilling some sort of fetish: "Because why did he stare at the camera? It's not hidden; it's clearly out there."

Bowen has made a police report but did not want to press charges against the guy. Amazon offered to buy his kids new bikes, but Bowen said he decided to just wash them off.

An Amazon spokesperson tells KNX News that the driver is a contractor, not an employee. In a statement, the representative said, "This type of behavior is unacceptable. We have reached out to the customer to apologize. We have also taken steps to ensure the driver no longer delivers packages for Amazon."
