An Amtrak train partially derailed after crashing into a water truck in Moorpark on Wednesday.
Ventura County Fire Department responded around 11:30 a.m., according to multiple reports. Ventura County Sheriff's Department is also there.
Of the seven train cars, three derailed, officials said.
Fire officials said there were 190 passengers on board. Intially, it was reported that five people were taken to the hospital; however, around 2:30 p.m. the number went up to 15 people with minor injuries.
An investigation is underway.
