A 48-year-old woman suspected of an arson rubbish fire in Eagle Rock has been taken into custody, police announced Thursday.
Marvella Salomon was identified as a person of interest by Northeast Division patrol officers on Thursday during a joint investigation by the Major Crimes Division and the Los Angeles Fire Department Arson Counter-Terrorism Section, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Firefighters responded to a rubbish fire in the 4400 block of Eagle Rock Boulevard, near York Boulevard, around 4:55 a.m. on Sunday, where flames exposed the Lako Boxing Club.
Salomon was detained, taken into custody and booked on suspicion of arson. Her bail was set at $125,000.
