
Riverside County Sheriff’s deputies made four arrests in a string of 40 robberies at high-end liquor stores and pharmacies.
The suspects made off with $200,000 worth of alcohol and drugs. and caused $50,000 in damages during the crime spree.
According to the sheriff’s department, the suspects are affiliated with an L.A. gang. Some of the suspects involved in the robberies were already under arrest for other charges, police said.
Investigators said they found six firearms, including ghost guns, with one having an altered serial number.
This investigation started in July, after a Temecula liquor store robbery.
