Multiple injured after Alhambra building fire

ALHAMBRA, Calif. (KNX) – A fire in Alhambra has left at least three people in critical condition, fire officials said.

The fire occurred at 8:30 a.m. in the 300 block of North Electric Avenue, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.

The Alhambra Fire Department said seven people were rescued. According to ABC7, five children and three adults were hospitalized, including a good Samaritan and a family of seven, and that three were in critical condition.

The cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
