
The average price of a gallon of self-serve regular gasoline in Los Angeles County rose three-tenths of a cent to $4.784 a day after it dropped two-tenths of a cent.
The average price is a half-cent more than one week ago, but 12 cents less than one month ago and 15.9 cents less than one year ago, according to figures from the AAA and Oil Price Information Service. It has dropped $1.71 since rising to a record $6.494 on Oct. 5, 2022.

The Orange County average price was unchanged at $4.70, a day after it rose one-tenth of a cent. It is 2.2 cents more than one week ago, but 10.1 cents less than one month ago and 18.3 cents lower than one year ago. It has dropped $1.759 since rising to a record $6.459 on Oct. 5, 2022.
The national average price was unchanged at $3.506, a day after it dropped three-tenths of a cent.
It is 1.5 cents more than one week ago and 5 cents more than one month ago, but 3.2 cents less than one year ago. The national average price has dropped $1.51 since rising to a record $5.016 on June 14, 2022.
