SANTA CLARITA (CNS) - The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner's Office Wednesday released the name of a man on a bicycle who was killed in a crash with a vehicle in Santa Clarita.
Franklin Mejia, 42, had no place of residence, according to the county agency.

The crash was reported at 12:42 p.m. Saturday at Market Street and Railroad Avenue, according to Lt. Jack Jordan of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's Santa Clarita station.
Detectives were talking to witnesses and looking for surveillance video to help determine what led to the crash, Jordan said.
Mejia was pronounced dead at the scene.
