SANTA ANA (CNS) - A 28-year-old man was charged Tuesday with fatally shooting a victim in Brea.
Sidney Bararchie Clarke was charged with murder with a sentencing enhancement for the discharge of a firearm causing death. He was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in the Central Justice Center in Santa Ana.
Clarke, who was arrested Thursday, was being held on $1 million bail, according to jail records.

Tamarack Ave., near Central Avenue, regarding multiple calls regarding shots fired, the department said.
When officers arrived they found the victim, who was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
The name of the victim was not released.
