From country stars and funk-fueled tributes to vibrant cultural performances, symphonic showpieces, and rooftop movie nights, here’s what’s on stage this Thursday night.

1. OC Fair – Carly Pearce with Restless Road / Red Corvette (Prince Tribute)

At the Pacific Amphitheatre, Grammy-winning country artist Carly Pearce brings her heartfelt storytelling and a mix of pop polish and country grit. Opening is country trio Restless Road.

Over at The Hangar, Red Corvette channels the energy, funk, and pop genius of Prince, delivering a high-energy tribute show with over 15 years of performance experience.

2. Summer Music and Dance – Pacifico Dance Company

Time: 5:30 PM – 6:45 PM
Location: Descanso Gardens, 1418 Descanso Dr, La Cañada Flintridge, CA 91011

As the day cools, stroll through the lush gardens, then enjoy the final night of the Summer Music and Dance series on the Main Lawn. The Pacifico Dance Company brings Mexican folklórico dancing to life with a burst of color, rhythm, and tradition. Admission to the performance is included with regular garden entry.

3. Televerse – Television Academy’s Inaugural Immersive Festival

Dates: August 14–16, 2025
 Location: JW Marriott at L.A. LIVE, 900 W Olympic Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90015

The Television Academy launches Televerse, a three-day fan celebration packed with panels, reunions, screenings, and interactive events. Highlights include the Hall of Fame induction of Viola Davis and Conan O’Brien, an acting class with Henry Winkler, and an inside look at Alicia Silverstone’s new series Irish Blood. Also on the schedule: reunions of Bones and Queer as Folk, advance screenings of Anne Rice's Talamasca: The Secret Order, The Rainmaker, and Devil in Disguise: John Wayne Gacy, plus a behind-the-scenes session with Dodgers broadcaster Joe Davis, Hall of Famer Orel Hershiser, and reporter Kirsten Watson.

4. Los Angeles Philharmonic – Tchaikovsky’s Fourth Symphony

Conductor Gemma New leads the LA Phil in a program that blends Spanish flair, Armenian virtuosity, and Russian drama. The evening opens with Rimsky-Korsakov’s Capriccio Espagnol, followed by Arutiunian’s Trumpet Concerto performed by “Paganini of the trumpet” Pacho Flores. The night concludes with Tchaikovsky’s emotionally charged Fourth Symphony, a sweeping confrontation with fate. Tickets range from $11–$146.

5. Rooftop Cinema Club DTLA – Clueless
