The man was allegedly under the influence of drugs or alcohol when he tried to pick up one of the women and got into an argument with the manager and other women, Sgrignoli told City News Service.
He vandalized some property inside the restaurant before he left, got into the SUV and drove through the glass front of the business before leaving from the scene, the lieutenant said.
No one was injured, but deputies estimated there was thousands of dollars in damage, Sgrignoli said.
