It’s the return of Disney’s Oogie Boogie Bash. Tickets for the special Halloween party at Disney California Adventure are available online beginning at 9 a.m. Tuesday.
The popular trick-or-treat-themed event was canceled last year, so tickets may sell out quickly.
Tickets are available from $114 to $169 per person depending on the date with weekend dates as the most expensive. The tickets do not include parking, and visitors are limited to purchasing eight tickets per person.
Oogie Boogie Bash tickets are only usable for the Disney California Adventure Park, which recently opened a new Avengers Campus.
The campus includes the Web Slingers: A Spiderman Adventure attraction. Disney describes the ride as on its website: "When Peter Parker’s helpful but otherwise buggy Spider-Bots get stuck in replication mode and escape from a WEB Workshop, Spider-Man must stop the rampaging robots before they wreak total techno-havoc across Avengers Campus. Problem is, they’re rapidly leveling up and becoming tough to beat!" .
Ticket holders will be allowed to arrive as early as 3 p.m., although the event itself doesn’t start until 6 p.m, lasting until 11 p.m. This is one of the few days each year that the Disneyland Resort allows adults to wear costumes in the park, with limitations.
The park will be decked out with special decorations, merchandise, and food tailored to the theme. Disney will allow adults to wear costumes in the park on Oogie Boogie Bash dates in September and October
The party begins at 6 p.m. but ticket holders can arrive at the park at 3 p.m.
