Dodger Tommy Edman is teaming up with Edmunds and the Original Tommy's to give away meals on Thursday in honor of National Cheeseburger Day.
Fans can grab a free “Triple Play Combo” from noon to 6 p.m. at their Beverly Boulevard and Rampart Boulevard location in Los Angeles. The combo includes a chili cheeseburger, fries, a drink, and a souvenir cup.
“Definitely an exciting opportunity to become closer with the L.A. community. I actually grew up in San Diego, and there, I think there are some Tommys in San Diego as well,” Edman told KNX News’ Nataly Tavidian. “So I definitely had gone to Tommy's before.”
He said it’s exciting for him to become immersed in the culture of L.A.

“The sports are a huge part of Los Angeles as well, with all the different teams around the city,” Edman said. “Becoming involved with the food scene as well. It's a huge part of it, kind of helps me feel more at home in the community here.”
The first 1,500 fans will be gifted a clear stadium-approved bag.
