An employee at a burrito factory was killed in an industrial accident and an investigation is underway Monday, ABC7 reported.

Los Angeles County Fire Department personnel responded to 2628 East Vernon Ave. and Soto Street at 9:30 p.m. Sunday regarding a fire in the factory's kitchen. When firefighters arrived, they learned one person had died, ABC7 reported.
The factory was closed pending an investigation, according to KABC.
There were no further details available.
