FBI looking for man suspected of killing 2 in L.A.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation circulated a Wanted poster Friday in hopes of locating a man suspected of killing two men and attempting to kill a woman in Los Angeles.

Robert Morales is wanted in connection with the crime that occurred in 2000.

The 47-year-old Morales also goes by the names Robert Melendez Morales, Robert Melendez, Miguel Angel Lopez and "Casper."

He is Hispanic, 5 feet, 7 inches tall, 145 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair, with the word "Spunky" tattooed on the right side of his neck and a tattoo on his right forearm.

Morales is known to work as a handyman, the FBI reported.

He is wanted for murder, attempted murder and unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, according to the FBI.

Anyone with information on Morales' whereabouts was asked to call the Los Angeles FBI office at 310-477-6565 or submit tips online at tips.fbi.gov.
