California Independent System Operator has issued a Flex Alert for the second day in a row.
A Flex Alert will be issued from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. due to high temperatures and tight energy supply.
According to the National Weather Service, daytime temperatures on Thursday will range from 96 to 108 degrees.
