WHITTIER (CNS) - Authorities sought the public's help Monday to find a 15-year-old girl who was reported missing from the Whittier area.
Marlee Madyson Mendoza was last seen about 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the 7000 block of Greenleaf Avenue, according to the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

The teen is Hispanic, 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighs 150 pounds, and has black straight hair and black eyes. She wears braces, and she was last seen wearing a black shirt and blue pants.
Anyone with information on her whereabouts was urged to call the sheriff's Pico Rivera Station at 562-949-2421, or Crime Stoppers at 800-222- TIPS. Tipsters may also use the website https://lacrimestoppers.org.
